Why One Page Matters

In B2B sales, attention is scarce. Decision makers do not have time to read lengthy brochures or sit through hour long presentations. A well crafted one page pitch gives them everything they need to understand your product and decide whether to take the next step.

Start with the Problem

The top of your one pager should immediately identify the problem you solve. Use language your target customer would use to describe their own pain. For example, instead of "We provide omnichannel sales optimisation," try "Your sales team is wasting hours on admin instead of selling." The first version sounds like marketing. The second sounds like someone who understands the buyer's world.

Present Your Solution

In two to three sentences, explain what your product does and how it solves the problem. Be specific and outcome focused. Avoid technical jargon unless your audience is highly technical. The goal is clarity, not complexity.

Highlight Three Key Benefits

Pick your three strongest benefits and present them with brief supporting evidence. Numbers are powerful here. "Reduces onboarding time by 60%" is more compelling than "Streamlines the onboarding process." Each benefit should tie directly back to the problem you identified at the top.

Include Social Proof

If you have customer logos, testimonials, or case study results, include them. Even one or two recognisable names or a short quote from a satisfied customer adds significant credibility. If you are early stage and lack social proof, include relevant metrics like number of users or products distributed.

Clear Call to Action

End with a single, clear call to action. This might be "Book a 15 minute demo" or "Contact us for pricing." Include a phone number, email address, and website URL. Make it as easy as possible for the reader to take the next step.

Design Tips

Keep the design clean and professional. Use your brand colours, include your logo, and leave plenty of white space. If you are providing this document to sales agents through Zepys, make sure it is available in both digital and print ready formats so agents can use it in any setting.
